My photo
Well, when I was a little girl I would spend hours flipping through the pages of a huge catalogue called "Quelle" that my father had brought from Germany. It had glossy pages full of beautiful pictures of lovely rooms, furniture and furnishing and was written in a language I could not decipher. But I think the pictures left an ever lasting impression on my mind and I grew up to be 'me' who drools not over food (or that too!) but good interior design, colors and photography. I also passionately love coffee, films, books, music, white gladioli, solitude, risotto, donuts, and my life (not exactly always in that order). I live in Bombay, India with my husband and little daughter and they both have changed my life in many beautiful ways.

1st BIRTHDAY & A GIVE-AWAY



My blog turned ONE! Well, not today. Ahem... a couple of days back. Yeah, you guessed it right! I forgot my only blog's first birthday. In my defense, I can only say that I actually didn't forget it but somehow I thought it was today! I usually don't go back to read my earlier posts unless I need to refer to something in particular, but today morning I indulged in a little reminiscence and that's when I realized my mistake. I felt terrible for a little while, then laughed & joked about my forgetfulness   with my sister and then started wondering, how am I going to celebrate it! You don't bake a cake on your blog's birthday, do you? Well, I don't! So I thought of doing a little give-away for my dear readers. What say?

    I absolutely adore your aesthetic both on the blog & for Hamsa. Have liked both the Facebook pages. It's very tough to pick any one thing in particular that I like, ALL the linen is beautiful. I'm particularly leaning towards the Owl on Canvas as a favourite. Too cute and colourful :).
